Shop 9, 20 Avalon Parade. Site designed by FOLKE ARMY. A major alterations and additions project to a weatherboard cottage in North Balgowlah, Sydney. The weatherboard aesthetic so common to the locality has been maintained with the additional palette of stone and copper cladding. The addition at the front of the house has masked the old house at the rear and blended the functionality of the old and the new. An alterations and additions project in Clontarf, Sydney.
